We have a diverse team who are all passionate and dedicated to providing the very best support to all victims of domestic abuse.

We have comprehensive learning and development opportunities for all staff, volunteers and student placements to ensure they all feel equipped and confident and can develop their skills and knowledge. Many staff and volunteers have their own lived experience and we support and encourage our clients to help us shape and improve our services.

As a charity, the work of Pdap is overseen by a Trustee Board, we also have a Chief Executive Officer and Finance Director, Head of Services, Head of Quality, Development and Innovation and an office manager. Each team has a service manager who manage the day to day operation of the projects.
