Helpline – PDAP operate a helpline, this runs Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm. If you would like to access any advice, support or signposting please give us a call on 0800 052 7222. The helpline also offers support, advice and information to professionals.

Please note this is not an emergency line and if the line is busy then staff are likely to be on calls with other clients/professionals. Please do keep trying or leave a message if safe to do so and we will call you back as soon as we can.
